RepNova ("the App") is operated by Viva Apps Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RepNova. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to access it through unauthorised means.

Health Disclaimer

RepNova provides AI-generated workout and nutrition suggestions for informational purposes only. These do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition programme. You use the App's recommendations at your own risk.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require a paid subscription, managed through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.

User Content

You retain ownership of any data you submit (workouts, meals, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to process this data to provide and improve our services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code within RepNova are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@repnova.app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
